Tesla Unwraps Complimentary 6 Months of Supercharging for Model 3 / Y Through End of 2023

Tesla

With the holiday season approaching, Tesla is giving North American customers an enticing new incentive to go electric with 6 months of complimentary Supercharging included for new Model 3 and Model Y purchases.

According to an update on Tesla’s website, all owners taking delivery of a new Model 3 or Model Y before December 31st, 2023 will receive 6 months of free unlimited Supercharging, provides new buyers a handy cost reduction to counter inflationary pressures this winter.

Rather than requiring referral codes, the 6-month Supercharging perk automatically applies across the board on qualifying vehicles. Of course those with existing referral codes can stack both benefits, use a referral code you also get 3 months free FSD on all models.

To unlock the maximum savings, prospective customers merely need to place their order for a Model 3 or Model Y and take possession by year-end as production allows. Considering queue positions already extend into early 2023, acting fast gives the best chance at qualifying.

With Tesla no longer including complimentary connectivity or Premium Connectivity trials, free fast charging for 6 months offers an alternate avenue to get started on the right foot.

Naturally, to discourage abuse, there are limitations if charging exceeds reasonable usage. But for most daily commuting within reason, this provides a nice winter warm-up incentive.

As families come together over the Thanksgiving holiday, the 6 months promotion gives existing Tesla owners an easy pitch to urge buying before 2023 concludes and drive off with a nice charging bonus in tow.
