Tesla is dishing out $2,000 discounts across the board for its Model Y, Model X, and Model S in the United States.
No more playing favorites with just the mass-market Model 3 and Model Y seeing regular price adjustments. From the $42,990 base Model Y all the way up to the $92,990 Model X Plaid, every single Tesla trim is getting a $2k shave.
What’s more, the price drop comes alongside Tesla closing up its referral program stateside at the end of April. Qualifying referral orders placed by April 30, 2024 will continue to earn benefits upon delivery, credits will still be redeemable until they expire. So if you were hoping to score an extra discount by having a friend or family member give you their referral code, better move fast.
Of course, with the way Tesla seems to change up its pricing models every few months, who knows if this latest round of cuts will stick. But cash is cash, so prospective buyers would be wise to take the savings while they can.
