Ford has taken the wraps off its most extreme Mustang Mach-E yet, the all-new 2024 Mach-E Rally crossover SUV. Built for off-road enthusiasts, this muscular electric vehicle aims to electrify rally-inspired driving.
The Mustang Mach-E Rally boasts a dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain targeting over 480 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. That handily outpaces the regular Mach-E GT’s output of 480 hp and 634 lb-ft of torque. Despite the power bump, the Rally edition retains the GT’s 91 kWh battery for an EPA-estimated 250 miles of range.
Ford says the Rally will be the quickest Mach-E yet, besting the GT’s 3.5-second 0-60 mph time. New RallySport driving mode allows for more oversteer and delayed stability control for slides. Upgraded Brembo brakes, added protective elements, and retuned suspension ready the Rally for off-road excitement.
Visually, the Mach-E Rally pops with racing stripes, LED fog lights, and 19-inch white rally wheels. A 0.7-inch lift, cladding, and mud flaps boost capability away from pavement. The roof, wing, and badging reference Ford’s rally heritage.
Inside, the Rally features unique white styling accents and sport seats bearing the Rally name. Standard driver aids include BlueCruise hands-free highway driving assistance.
As the most extreme version in the growing Mustang Mach-E lineup, the new Rally edition caters to adventure seekers looking to electrify their active lifestyles. With its blend of extraterrestrial power and trademark Mustang presence, this beastly EV promises to devour dirt roads and trails with eco-friendly ferocity when it launches in 2024.
