US Mobile & Starlink Cut Starlink Residential Prices by $20 — Full Deal Breakdown

US Mobile + Starlink

SpaceX’s Starlink has never been known for being cheap, but that’s starting to change. US Mobile, the prepaid carrier that runs on Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile’s networks, has officially confirmed a bundled partnership with Starlink, it’s one of the steeper discounts the satellite internet service has seen to date. After teasing the deal earlier this week, US Mobile and SpaceX Are Cutting Starlink Residential Prices across all three tiers, giving both new and existing customers a reason to pay attention.

What the Pricing Actually Looks Like

Structure is straightforward. New US Mobile customers get an unlimited wireless plan bundled with one of three Starlink Residential options:

  • 100 Mbps plan: $47/month
  • 200 Mbps plan: $77/month
  • Max (400 Mbps) plan: $117/month

Existing US Mobile customers, who don’t need to add a wireless line, get access to standalone Starlink pricing:

  • 100 Mbps: $30/month
  • 200 Mbps: $60/month
  • Max (400 Mbps): $100/month

Every tier reflects a $20/month reduction off standard Starlink Residential rates. Over 6 months, that’s $120 in savings — not insignificant, especially for rural households where broadband options are limited.

Worth noting: the US Mobile rate applies to the first 12 months when billed annually, while the Starlink discount applies to the first six months only. After those periods expire, prices revert to current standard rates, meaning customers should expect a $20/month increase once the promotional windows close.

No upfront equipment cost and no monthly hardware fee for the Starlink Kit. Customers receive the standard dish as a rental, consistent with SpaceX’s existing policy. Wireless side covers unlimited data on the customer’s preferred major carrier network.

That said, availability isn’t guaranteed everywhere. US Mobile and SpaceX Are Cutting Starlink Residential Prices in most markets, but certain ZIP codes are excluded. Currently flagged as a congested Starlink zone, where new customers face an additional $1,500 demand surcharge, effectively making the promotion irrelevant there.

Some customers have also pushed back, noting the deal isn’t dramatically better than discounts SpaceX occasionally offers directly. Still, US Mobile has emphasized the offer supply is limited and that existing customers qualify without purchasing a new wireless line, a meaningful distinction for anyone already on the network.

Looking ahead, US Mobile’s CEO has signaled plans to extend the bundle to include Starlink Roam, which would let subscribers use satellite connectivity across multiple locations. That expansion could broaden the appeal considerably.
